Conditions for Returns:
- Condition of the Book: To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition. It should not have any signs of damage or harm, including but not limited to tears, stains, water damage, or excessive wear and tear.
- Unused Book: The book must not have been used in any way. It should not show any signs of reading, highlighting, or marking on the pages.
- Intact Book: The book must not have any names or inscriptions written on its pages. Additionally, no pages should be folded, creased, or dog-eared.

Wrong Delivery: If you receive the wrong book or an incorrect edition of the book you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
Refund Process:
If your return meets the above conditions, you may request a refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Please note that the refund will be processed once we receive the returned book and verify its condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the book does not meet the specified conditions outlined above.
Exclusions:
Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost incurred by Multan Kitab Ghar will be deducted from your refund amount.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
