How to Become A Civil Judge After LLB in Pakistan 2024?

Page Contents

Are you looking for information on how to become a Civil Judge, Magistrate, Junior Judge? You have landed in the right place. I have written a complete guide for you in a step by step procedure on how you can become a Judge in Pakistan after completing your LLB.

Basically judges in Pakistan are in charge of court procedures; they must be unbiased and comprehend the law’s meaning and relevance.

Judges must recognize that justice entails more than simply knowing the law; they must also show compassion for the individuals on both sides of the dispute, in order to solve the dispute between the two parties.

The function of the judge is determined by whether or not a jury is present. When the jury is present, the judge’s job is to make sure that everything that happens in the courtroom or the jury chamber is legal. In the absence of a jury, the judge decides the case’s outcome. The fact that a growing number of individuals are turning to the courts to resolve their conflicts & disputes suggests that the system is legitimate and widely accepted.
